ProgramFlow — Your One-Stop Portal for Affiliate Program Management

ProgramFlow is a powerful tool provided by FMTC that centralises the affiliate program-application process into a single workflow. Instead of manually logging into each network, searching for programs, applying, and tracking statuses, ProgramFlow automates key steps and simplifies visibility into your affiliate-program pipeline.

How it works

1. Connect your network credentials – Just like with FMTC’s MerchantSync process, you provide credentials for partner networks and platforms; ProgramFlow uses them to pull available affiliate programs.

2. Daily refresh – ProgramFlow updates your list of programs every 24 hours, keeping your opportunities fresh and accurate.

3. Queues for action – Once connected, programs appear in queues such as:

   • Not yet joined / available to apply

   • Pending – applied and waiting response

   • Approved or joined

   • On hold / needing special attention
     This gives clear visibility into where each program stands and what actions you need to take.

4. Built-in email templates – For programs that require outreach (e.g., a network or merchant needs an email or special approval), ProgramFlow supplies templated emails that can be sent directly from the interface.

5. Simplified workflow navigation – The ProgramFlow module appears in your FMTC portal as a “Flow” section, enabling you to manage program applications end-to-end.

Key considerations / tips

• Make sure your network credentials (for each Program Platform) are accurate and have sufficient permissions so ProgramFlow can retrieve your program list properly.

• Regularly review the “Not Joined” queue to identify new opportunities you haven’t yet applied for.

• Use the “Hide/Ignore” functionality to filter out programs that are irrelevant or duplicate — this improves your focus.

• Set up the email-integration early so you can send outreach directly from the tool and ensure replies come to your proper mailbox.

• Once approved into a program, easily move it out of the “Pending” queue and into your active pipeline so you don’t lose track.
